The image gallery from the RPGM version is not implemented — use the gallery mod below.
Based on Pepé Le Pew’s 1.8GB compressed version, because I didn’t really feel like re-hosting a 4+GB game.

Installation:

Extract and run my-girlfriends-amnesia.exe

Gallery Mod:

Make sure you have installed the 0.7.7 patch below.

Get the mod from https://f95zone.com/threads/my-girlfriends-amnesia-daniels-k.2650/page-135#post-584777
Install it into [gamedir]/rpgmdata/www

After getting the gallery items out of the dumpster in front of the MC’s house, you should be able to use the ‘i’ key to access the inventory / gallery.
Note that the feature that unlocks picture gallery images won’t do anything other than say “plugin not implemented” a lot.

Turning on NTR:

Make sure to install the 0.7.7 patch below.
You should be able to use the ‘i’ key to access the ‘Settings’ menu from the inventory, which has the NTR setting.

I’ve tested through a full play-through, but there may still be cosmetic issues and bugs.
Please report issues and I’ll try to fix them!

0.7.7 PATCH – Mirror

Stars and some other map elements are animated now
Should no longer give a ‘command 401 not supported’ error if you press ‘i’ or the arrow keys while a textbox is visible
Fixes issue with the inventory (settings menu) not being accessible (use the ‘i’ key)
Fixes error when leaving the gallery mod if you have the gallery mod installed

Make sure to install the game somewhere with just ASCII characters, like “C:\Games\my-girlfriends-amnesia” instead of “C:\Users\José\my-girlfriends-amnesia”, otherwise you will get an ‘unable to open file’ error.
