Will you pursue your relationship with your girlfriend defying your mother’s permission, or be an obedient son of your mother and cheat on her. Remember if you cheat on your girlfriend you may have a harem of women/girls to f*ck with, but if you don’t you miss having a harem.It is up to you how you will want your future.

Belzeebub mentioned that there will never be any ntr in this game but if you avoid/neglect your gf you may miss out (lewd) scenes with her in future. But she will never have any physical relation with anyone except mc nor will any of the Love interests in this game. Also, even though it is a (planned) harem game you might miss scenes depending on your choices.
